Cancellation Policy
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored: 24 hour advance notice is greatly appreciated when canceling or rescheduling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule. If you can not give notice… at your next visit I would appreciate acknowledgement of the time lost.
Late Arrivals
Please plan accordingly and be on time. In the rare occasion that you may arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, together, we will determine if there is enough time remaining for treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, I respectfully request you pay for the “full” session.
No-shows
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment, without 24 hour notice or rescheduling, will be considered a “no-show.” “No-Shows” may be asked to pay in advance for the future appointments. Please, just call or text me when you know you won’t be able to make it. Thank You!
